After payment, your account will be credited with points in the amount of the purchased package. One point can be used to purchase one report.

If points have not been credited to your balance by 10 minutes after payment, please contact us via the contacts listed.

Refund Policies:

Points can be redeemed within 365 days of enrollment. Cash for unused points is non-refundable.
